​Having a doula by your side during labour & birth means you don’t have to carry it all alone. As your birth doula, I’m here to hold space for you, protect your sense of calm, & act as your oxytocin guardian, helping create an environment that supports the natural flow of labour. I support you in advocating for yourself, & when needed, I can help amplify your voice to ensure your wishes are heard. I’ll also help carry the mental load that can feel overwhelming, so you & your partner can stay grounded, connected, & present. Birth is powerful, my role is to help you feel safe, supported, & confident every step of the way. By your side, my aim is to ensure that you are supported emotionally & practically throughout labour & birth, freeing up your physical & mental space to stay present & focus on your own birthing experience.
